Personally I feel like skipping legs in the gym is an egregious sin. Just purely because of the fact that the leg contains the biggest muscle groups in the body. So why are you skipping on training the biggest muscles if you really are trying to build muscle?

Yeah, I think it's that deep man. If you don't like getting as much natural testosterone as you want then sure skip leg day. Legs are so important, your knees, your hips, all that stuff man. You can't skip it in my opinion.
