I fall asleep with something different every night. Either a series, you know, I just keep watching a series or something. But, you know, yeah. That's just how it is.

100% agree. Lights out, black, I can't even have like a charger light in the room. It has to be completely black and quiet or I'm not going to sleep.

I need to listen to something but the TV ain't it. I usually just put on like music, lo-fi beats, jazz, opera maybe, some Andrea Bertelli.

I cannot sleep if the TV is on and that is a fact that I've been having with my boyfriend since he likes to have the TV on while he's getting asleep. I'm like come on turn the TV off and let's sleep.
