Do you guys go to the gym when you're feeling sick or when you're feeling unwell I'm in there's been a few times one feeling unwell and feeling sick back and sore still go to the gym but there's been other times where I'm just completely out of it and I've got a part for the boiler let me know if you look power through or if you'd like to give it a rest

I'm not gonna lie, I've tried to go to the gym one time when I was feeling sick And it was not worth it, so I would say no.

It depends how sick I am or what kind of sick I am. If it's like a cough or sneeze or like any cold type symptoms I'll go but wear a mask if it if anything if it's anything like my stomach I don't

Yeah, I mean if you're slightly ill, say if you've got a bit of a cold and you can handle it through. However, if you have a bit of body aches and stuff like that fever then definitely stay I'm in rest for sure.
