So yeah is this thing that I've been thinking about right I noticed they like finish is so like different in today's generation then how it was like a couple years ago as I know we have all these different social media apps now and people will be posting a workout constant especially on TikTok is very aesthetically pleasing or dare It is very know and you know a lot of people still ride the wave more starting to get into finish but they're really do I need for a aesthetic look and I feel like if you're gonna work out I feel like you should just work out really to make sure that you actually taking it you know your feelings or any seriously night you know just for the luxe were like just so people can recognize that you did this girl that work out and it's just for aesthetic look like now but I feel like that's what's going on in today's generation right now because a couple years ago people was not you know posted a workout continent is matches people are now and it wasn't as much you know Aesthetic behind if that makes sense you know I feel like back then a lot of people who just go work out and that's just what it was they wanna record it wouldn't do none of that you know it wasn't that serious but a lot of people stand right that way when it comes to posting a workouts just for aesthetic look so I don't know
Yeah I will be straight up the only fitness my fat ass is worried about is fitness burger and fries on this damn plate this one I will get right one day just like today one day but not to
I like it is OK if I ask him for the Astros already cause they look in the wrong with your meals that you want to eat you firm take your time you get that what you want to get there you know nothing
I'm gonna start by saying I agree that the market has changed, that the workouts have changed, that the motivation behind the workout have changed. But I have a question for you.
If you knew that you could make money doing squats on social media and you had no certification in personal training and there was no guarantee that your form was right, but you knew that you could make money.
Would you take the money even though you're aesthetically pleasing? Or would you refuse it because underneath it all, you may be doing this for a fraudulent purpose.
I think that working out on the internet is very lucrative and so these people don't care about whatever whatnot. Some people are really just on a fitness journey doing whatever. Others, stay here to make money.
You know what? I wouldn't do it because anything that I do, I always make sure I'm doing it for a very good reason. It has to be a part of my purpose. It has to be a passion. I have to know what I'm doing and it has to be right so I don't think I would do it.
He's like why do something and you don't even know what you're really doing you know I like to learn to do something I also know what I'm doing but also getting paid from that you know I'm saying because then I'm a feel like I'm forcing myself to do something just fitting I don't like that
No way you were so right about that though that is so true in today's time like and I just you know I can't really do that but just let people do the thing you know it's just like OK some people do live without you
