It is 8 o'clock at night and I still have not eaten dinner. Finally just got all three of Kiddos down to sleep. They had pizza, like a frozen pizza tonight, so they ate all that. And I didn't have time to make myself something when they ate. So now I have time to eat, but I'm so exhausted I just want to go to bed, but I know I need to eat or I'm going to wake up feeling like poop. So this is just your reminder. I really need to start meal prepping. I've talked about doing meal prepping for myself just so I actually like eat three meals a day and like portioned instead of like scarfing down like One big meal or like overeating that one big meal because that's all I eat. I Literally haven't eaten today It's eight o'clock and I'm gonna go scarf food down And it's so bad for your metabolism So yeah, this is just a TED talk, I guess, or a mom talk, whatever you want to talk about.
