Alright for my card you are fit people do you go run and if so how often do you go and what are the benefits you get for me I'll be thinking about going running for sometime now but to be honest I can never really get the time to go running I normally stick to the gym a few treadmill runs in a gym and that's about it but thinking about going running outside let me know

You have a runner for a minute still. Run is the thing still. It's banging. Once you get to the floor, you learn how to run properly. Believe it or not, most men can't even run properly. And if you get the right running shoes as well.
I personally don't run. I have bad knees so it really hurts when I do run so I I just walk and I find that it's as beneficial as running for me personally.
Yeah, I'm not gonna lie, I don't really run. Usually I do my running when I go football anyways I'm quite slim as it is so cardio is not really my thing
I wish I could run, I've got really really bad news but I do walk in for cardio like fast walking on a high-end climb. So yeah, that's good. I really think it helped my cardiovascular fitness.
