Do you guys like to hit your cardio before you start lifting weights or after you start lifting weights? It really depends on my mood, but typically I'll do it after. I feel like I'm getting more of a pump that way instead of doing it before it's more like a warm-up. Instead of like, real cardio. Does that make sense?

I think the smart option is definitely to do afterwards because you need your energy to lift and that demands a lot of energy. So when you do finish lifting you can just chill on the treadmill and whatever but I've always done that the other way.

Definitely definitely before if you like it gives me so much more energy like to start it's like something to put me up like who I just did so much and I'm gonna go to some weights that I've energy to
