Do you guys like to hit your cardio before you start lifting weights or after you start lifting weights? It really depends on my mood, but typically I'll do it after. I feel like I'm getting more of a pump that way instead of doing it before it's more like a warm-up. Instead of like, real cardio. Does that make sense?
Yeah I like to think of it as this concept as well as a cold Alan instead of like an addition to my work out or a start to it it's just to cool down makes it mentally easier
I hate, hate, hate cardio, but I do at least 10 minutes or one mile, whichever I get to first. Well, I hate running for cardio, but boxing and swimming, I'm okay with it.
For me it is for some warmup and I have like an all day during the week where I have just like primarily cardio the world like the whole time is about that
I have to go with after. I'm just the type of person that likes to wind down with cardio. I don't really run. I walk or I do the stair master. So I'm going after.
