Alright how many miles does everyone ETA do run on Foston so I'm only have a lot to yours but on a normal day i.e. I say free for meals a day with snacks in between let me know
I usually eat three but not big meals like everyone else kinda like talks about me before even I'm more of a snack or I'd prefer to have a bunch of small meals then just a couple large ones
I would say I solidly get in like two meals I tend to skip breakfast which I know isn't great for you but I like snack throughout the day but I usually have about like two big meals
Is really bad because I only be eating lunch and dinner because eating so early in the morning makes me like throw up so I only like eating at lunch and dinner but I need to start eating like way more I'm trying to gain weight
