For a long time in the tech industry, it's been so coveted to get that quote unquote fang experience. But does that is that experience really the strongest thing for your resume? I have definitely mixed opinions on it. I think a great resume has a mix of both startup and thing or big company experience. I have a lot to say about it. But I think one of the biggest drawbacks of working for one of the fang companies is you tend to be one piece of a huge machine and kind of see one part of a huge department. And sometimes people just don't have that experience in terms of like really taking initiative on a whole project or having to be creative in that sort of sense because everything is so structured and it's easy to kind of get lost in the mix. But I'm curious what you guys have to say about it.
