Applying for a new job can not only be super duper stressful, it can be super annoying. I know I've had some really terrible experiences when it came to just, you know, applying for like a hundred different places and not hearing back and not knowing what's going on and not knowing why I'm not, you know, the right candidate or why I'm not hearing back or I've just heard ridiculous things in interviews. I hate just having to present this this businessy ultra ego in interviews just to get the job. So I'm curious, what is your least favorite part about looking for a new job or are you a weirdo and you love being judged and interviewed all the time? I want to hear from you.
