I've got younger siblings and I want to know if you agree with this but I think it's right for them to lift weights. Why not too heavy? So do you think that kids should lift weights or do you feel that they should lift weights into much older or younger teenagers slash adults.
This is a great topic and it's one that's like so controversial, but from what I've learned, I'm a certified personal trainer. Kids can exercise and work out and I think like body weight stuff is perfect for when you're younger. And then as they start to get a little older, like light weights, not heavy, heavy weights to just get into it. And then as you get older, like teens and stuff, then yeah, you can start lifting weights.
Me personally I think kids should not lift weights are certain age anything under 12 shall we lived in but anything over 1230 now should be okay but proportion to the way so watch how much are live and not let them stay in the muscles in underdeveloped the graph
No, I don't think kids should be lifting weights. Apparently it stunts your growth. I don't know if it's actually correct But a lot of people that I remember did lift weights when they were young did end up staying small So I feel like yeah, so I think you should just wait until you're like 17 16 and that's all the knowledge
