Good question, yeah. I was having a discussion with one of my colleagues. We were asking and I'm a bit confused, either too, but I'd like to know what everyone thinks. To be healthy, wish us more important, eat and roll, or working out.
Definitely eating well because no matter how much you work out, even if you're consistent, if you don't eat well and replenish your body and feed your muscles, then your workout has gone to waste. And you also need to make sure you eat well before even working out so that you have the energy to do so well.
Fun person to be healthy is to eat warm and watch the working of regiment and how much in taking some sleep and what are you doing so the various things
I think you need both. You need to eat well and focus on that and then you're working out, but you need both for sure. You if you're not eating well and you're just working out you might not see a change and if you're eating crappy and just working out you won't see a change so you need a bit of both.
Honestly, eating well is more important because you can work out as much as you want, but if your diet sucks, either that can stop your gains from happening or it can cause you to be at a higher risk for injuring yourself.
Yeah, I would say eating well because you're what you eat right so I mean if you eat in junk and put on weight then that's definitely gonna contribute to high cholesterol and other health potential diseases and stuff like that so I was stuffed by eating well
