Okay, same. It needs to be dark and silent. My best friend actually needs to go to sleep with the TV on and the light on and shit and that's just very strange.

People who sleep with the TV on, like I'm convinced they needed to like escape their own like mental talk. So like if you sleep with the TV on, not you but like someone, whoever sleeps with the TV on, like I don't feel like you're well within your soul, honestly.

Oh I like that because that makes perfect sense because I have thoughts in my head all day and they're loud as fuck and when I go to sleep they're still pretty loud and I'm still talking to myself but the TV is not gonna help with that so maybe you want to something

I can fall asleep to music but for some reason I think it's the people's voices talking that put me to sleep. I don't know that sounds rude but yeah.
