Getting the perfect gym time for like your routine is so essential to your workout at least for me like I need to go mid-morning early afternoon and I'll be set for the rest of the day Maybe an a morning workout if I like feel energized but going at this time anytime like After work hours like five to about 8 p.m. that shit is so wack and it's hell in the gym it's hell because you can't get a machine you can't get a you can't get anything I get anything and I don't know how how anyone gets anything done and I just finished out a workout in 25 minutes because I can't do anything else I don't have the machines the equipment I need to revert my schedule. What is y'all's best time for your schedule to work out?
I totally agree. If I don't go in the morning, I feel like it's the same if I go after work. I don't know what it is, but I need to go first in the morning.
Like typically that you know you leave the gym in a good mood early some endorphins pumping but last night bro I was I was so mad I'm like I let that not feel like I got a great work out this sucks and affected everything
You ain't ever lied. I think I'm gonna start going to Gemma's 6am, 6.15 at the latest because because I can't do a walk before I start work, basically before the sun rises.
I definitely agree I try to be a morning gym going but I just can't and then I feel like when I got a night it's just like it's so easy to skip so now I'm trying to do this thing I put it in my calendar for 3 PM to try and go because I got out of work early and I hope that works
Yes set an alarm has helped me like like sign up for a class if I sign up for a class even those like part of my membership and they won't like charge me for it it does help me get going making sure my ass is in the gym at the time I said I was gonna go
That's true tonight workouts are also valid after a long trash ass day go hit the gym release some of the stress that that's good to the mornings hope to cause it since the time and gives you the energy but night workouts is where it's at
