If you mean like a specific date then January times because people are trying to hit the New Year's resolution and they just fall off afterwards. But I feel speaking about a specific day Monday, same reason.

The worst day to go gym has to be a Monday because Monday is like the day everyone dreads and me personally that's like my busiest day So it's always the worst day to go.
