Alright, so my question is, what do you do to prevent muscle soreness? It could be that you stretch before and after a workout. It might be that you do a cool down or maybe it's something you drink, slash eat when you get home. Okay, let me know.

I just started taking creatine because I guess it's supposed to help with muscle soreness in between like gym sessions so I'll let you know how that goes but I like to make sure that I'm sleeping enough, I'm eating enough, I'm well hydrated and that I have proper rest days that really helps but I mean overall you can't prevent muscle soreness. That's just what happens.

I think I read somewhere that if you train the muscle group that is so like maybe one or two days after I think the muscle soreness goes away but I think that's more like a triceps and shoulders and stuff like that I don't think he did a full bicep

You know, I always stretch before and after, make sure to eat a lot of protein as well for that muscle recovery. He's in me.

One thing that I found extremely useful as I still do it to the state is freezing my gym membership

So firm to help kind of reduce muscle soreness it doesn't necessarily prevent it but I make sure I'm warming up probably stretching afterwards really focus on my mobility frequently and then sometimes I'll take up some salt bass or I will drink BC AAs like I said it Necessarily prevent it but it could kind of help reduce it
