Alright, just a question of curiosity here. What's the longest everyone can plan for? Because, yeah, I don't know how long I can plan for in it, but I know it's not a long time. But I say like a minute and a half or two minutes and I start shaking so yeah, let me know.
I only held it for like at least five minutes. I was usually like in the standardized testing with like the gym at the gym and stuff. Like I was always the last one. But now maybe 30 seconds. It's not just getting maybe a minute.
I can't like, if I really try to, I think I can hold on for... I don't know, you know, but I can easily do it for a minute. Like, I don't struggle anymore when I do it for a minute, so... I'll try go for like maybe four, five maybe? I don't know.
