How do you create peace in your life? I know there's so many different ways to go about it, but for me personally, it is embracing nature. I love being outdoors. I love traveling. I love making new friends. I love doing hobbies like painting or playing the guitar. Things that I find that bring me happiness because when I'm happy, I also simultaneously feel peaceful and that makes me feel incredibly good, but also when those around me feel good as well, that's also what creates peace for me too. So yeah, let me know.

So I'm kind of on a new healing journey right now, and I am doing some of the shadow work. I actually ordered a the shadow workbook on TikTok. I got it for eight dollars. I'm going to be doing that, but I also do like daily devotionals and inspirational like stories to create more peace, like having like a better routine and going to bed earlier and not worrying about little things.

Also, what really helps me personally because I'm a stay-at-home mom, two kids, and I work really hard to keep my house together, but I also need a social life because I think it's healthy to have boundaries and break away from like family life. So like having at least some sort of support system or some sort of creative outlet or social outlet that also helps me my stresses and worries to go away quicker.
