Okay, so the weather dropped down a lot where I live so now that it's super cold I'm looking into making a bunch of different types of soups to obviously stay warm and feel nourished So my personal go-to is chicken tortilla soup, and then I top it off with cheese and cilantro But I'm looking to switch things up this year So let me know what your favorite soup is and if you have the recipe that'd be awesome, too

one of my favorites is leek and potato soup it's a kind of classic Scottish dish and classic Welsh dish but yeah great soup you can have it either blended if you're not into the big chunky bits of leek or you can have it kind of quite rustic which is you know all the stuff still in it but it serves well goes great with cheese and yeah it's one of my faves well done
