Okay, so people say breakfast is the most important meal of the day. So do you eat breakfast or is it just something you skip and just have a bigger lunch or dinner? I will say for me when I was younger, like especially in school days, I really did not like eating breakfast because I always felt queasy or I just, I don't know, I just felt like my stomach was too sensitive. But now that I'm older, I have to eat breakfast before I work like or do a workout even because I need something in my system. So nowadays, yes, I love breakfast, whether it's savory or sweet. Breakfast is my favorite meal of the day actually now. So there's that. But yeah, would love to know.
