Hey good morning guys I'm coming with a quick question and I was wondering do you still read anymore like do you actually take the time to sit down and say I'm a read this book today or I'm gonna read a couple of chapters I know it's lotta social media and sometimes social media can take away the small things in life like reading a book I'm trying to make it a habit again to release daily or nightly reading is very beneficial because it helps you know improve your intelligence focus your memory your empathy and communication skills it can reduce stress improve your mental health in allowed you to learn new things like when you read a book you're always learning something new you're on waiting your vocabulary you know add a new things to your things you didn't know before so I feel like reading is very important because before with social media we have to read everything evening when it comes to directions we didn't have GPS we had to use a map you have to read and I feel like you know we've solely rely on social media we kind of forget the essence Other small things in life such as reading so yeah
Yes I do still read I am a huge reader I grew up reading a lot of books and I kind of fell away for it for a while but now I'm full swing back in the reading my favorite genre is romance
