How often do you take baths and do you enjoy baths? So I really love taking baths, but like American light. I've been kind of lacking on my bath game. I've been very busy and Moving fast, so I've been taking a lot of showers throughout the day but Tonight I'm taking a bath and I feel like I haven't taken a bath for so long, but it feels really nice So it's very healthy to take a bath because you know it helps cleans the skin and also relaxing in a bath filled with water up to your neck can improve your oxygen and your breathing and it also calms your nerves, hydrate the body and give the body ultimate hydration and it can relieve stress and relieve headaches. So yeah, so that's the main reason why I'm taking a bath tonight because I had such a long day and a terrible headache that this is the solution and I will say it's actually helping because I feel my headache finally you know settling and relieving which I'm happy baths are so relaxing I didn't even make it a habit to do it at least once a week because yeah I'm missing out when I don't bath and I I feel bad when I don't do it, but yeah, when I do it, I always love taking a bath.

I try to take a bath at least once every couple of weeks just to relax my muscles decompress put on some gentle music and will maybe light a nice natural aromatherapy base candle put some essential oils and pure Epsom salts and yeah I will let my muscles soak I also use it prior to doing fashion blasting which is like a technique of massaging the fascia tissue but yeah bass or some thing I'd like to do at least once every couple weeks

That's a whole complete vibe. I love the way that sounds. I try to aim for once a week as well. Well, I try my best to do so, but yeah, your vibe sounds really nice and peaceful.

I don't know I don't have like a big enough bathroom like comfortable so I just usually take showers but if I had a nice big Jacuzzi and stuff I think I would love to take that

Yeah that's true to size of the tub matters a lot because if the top is too awkward I'm too small you can't really enjoyed it bad yeah I'm with you on that I would love to have a bigger tub if I could buy tub is OK but it could be bigger so Jacuzzi in the house will be so so nice that's that's a dream no he's not gonna be doing that's gonna be something to get in the future

Not a bath person and I just can't get past sitting in my feels I feel like I would have to shower and then bath but if I had like a Jacuzzi bath I would probably enjoy the little bit more because I'd be more of like a hot tub vibe

Yeah bad is that for everybody but I don't think you ever sent field is more or you just relaxing in a water becomes dirty Tomomi you spell washing your body and after you wash your body should be sitting in a bathwater anymore after that

Yeah, I would say maybe once a month and usually put like CBD bar salt which is very nice, it really relaxes and takes the edge off but apart from that I just Just take a quick cold shower.

Same I love putting on actual oils my bathwater and then I've been using this coconut milk bath soap and it makes my bath so luscious so yeah I love everything my bad water as well it makes a bath so much enjoyable that way

I never take baths. I'm six feet nine inches tall so fitting in a bathtub for me is nigh near impossible. They do look relaxing though so I'm kind of jealous to you people that can take them and fit in a bathtub. My long legs just it doesn't work.

Wow that's crazy I'm curious of how tall your shower is like do you see over the shower really bad think you could get a custom tub but now that be really expensive it's nice being tall the other is nice being tall did you have some time just sucks that you can't do all the short people stuff but if you're looking to get into getting custom cut out they have an option but I know who might be a little little expensive

Thanks for the suggestion and the question on the shower. So Most showers I am taller than But the the shower in our house is tall enough That I don't have to duck underneath but like if I am showering at a hotel or something like that I'm having to duck my head way down just to get it It's almost like the sprinkler head is chest height for me So it's pretty crazy tall people being tall is fun but yes, we do miss out on some opportunities. the world isn't made for us tall people.

Not really. I prefer showers. Long short showers doesn't matter, but I'm not a bath person.

that's understandable, bad, that's not everyone's goal to, especially people who don't like city in one spot for a long period of time but as long as you wash your body that's all that matters.

Yeah I mean I would say I definitely enjoy talking about some I like to be a clean person I don't like to be like going out and coming back in my house and then like not shower and she'll like icky shower once a day and usually at night because it gives me better sleep

I deathly do you know I think showers more than I do take baths but I deafly love and enjoy a good nice hot bath soaking in some spiritual bath salts or some Dr. teals things like that kind of sues my body in my mind I'm all for it

I am with you on that for sure I don't take baths home as much as I shower but when I do take a good bath I am most definitely enjoy I love a good bath as well
