What are some good sugar substitutes I know honey is one badminton does Richard are the best sugar substitute or heard of I'm not sure I'm saying it correctly Argyle agave but not sure if that's really a good substitute and then I heard of monk fruit extract I'm just trying to find the best arm substitute when it comes to replacing sugars with a more healthier option

Oh I've heard that I think it's called Stevia I was pretty good I have never had it personally but I hear people talk about it a lot

I heard of that and then I seen some like cons about it like it has a get a funny taste but maybe they're just a few people who have that opinion add do you wanna give a try maybe I should try like a sample of pH out of it but if that's OK replacement then I'll probably like to try that option to

Maple syrup. I am not supposed to have a lot of processed sugar and they always recommend maple syrup as a substitute. That and like dates. Like if you're doing smoothies or something, use dates to make things more sugary. But if it's like sweets or like things you bake then maple syrup.

I never heard of maple syrup being a substitute but if you do try and make like a cake or something like that and replace sugar with syrup when that be like a pretty heart taste maybe will work
