So I was reading a report that the average American spends five hours a day on their phone and I feel like that is pretty accurate but at the same time everywhere I go people are always on their phones so I feel like that could be a little bit off I don't know so I want to ask you guys how many hours are you on your phone a day because for me I mean I work in social media I'm content creator so definitely more than five but yeah let me know.

I'm not gonna lie, I probably spent more than 5 hours on my phone, but most of the time I'd be sleeping.
