Okay, so with the way our world is, right, we have access to so many different opinions, whether it's within our own circle, like family, friends, significant other, work, school, or even online, right, like Reddit, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, even here. And so what would you do if someone made you upset? Like, how would you react? Because if it was something digitally, like, obviously, I'll put my phone down and just like take a breather. But if it was in person, okay this is not the healthiest way of reacting but I tune them out like I just tell myself okay if it doesn't matter in five years don't spend more than five minutes thinking about it and that seems to help me a lot in terms of just coping with what's going on but I know we're not able to have the ability to just get up and walk away right because that's something I also like to do but not every situation is able to call for that action so again just tuning out is just what works best for me. But if you have any tips, please let me know because I would love to learn how to cope with it better. Because again, from time to time, people do make me or even you upset and you know, life happens. But yeah, I would love to hear how how you react when things don't go your way.
