I think, I don't think I've said this yet, but recently I've discovered that being on the screen for like hours at a day really messes with my brain. I hate it. I get depression, I get anxiety, I also live in an area where there's like no sun really and like it's really, really cold. I don't like it. So I was gonna ask, can you feel like screen time affecting your body? That's what I wanna know because it does affect like my digestive system. It affects like, I can feel like giving me stress in my face, like it's not the best. So does this affect you anyway at all? Please let me know.
