What are some workouts that you guys don't agree with people doing like like there are some workouts that I don't think I really needed to work out you know if that makes any sense like there are some workouts that I'm like I've never seen that work out that's really weird what are you doing not to be mean but it's like OK or like Ones I don't really help your body I will say that like a lot of bodies are not the same but I wanna know like what do you guys think like what workout like this workout does work like the squat like what if it works but I miss him and I like that and example of what I mean when I say like what workouts or what forms do you think that really work

I actually don't think there is a workout that doesn't work. It must be doing something for your body, even if you know, it depends on what type of results you're trying to achieve. If you're trying to achieve massive amounts of muscle, there's some workouts that aren't gonna do that, but doesn't mean it's not working.

I feel like jumping jacks because you really just shaking up everything your body making it discombobulated and stuff like that. Exercises such as the bear crawl or the military exercise where you basically run in place and then you slam flat on the ground. That's very unnecessary. It's hell.

You literally just named some of the best cardiovascular workouts. Like those are all for cardiovascular. Nobody said jumping jacks, birdclaws and those, uh, those quick downs, whatever you want to call them are made for building muscle. They're not, they're all cardiovascular. that are made to make your heart pump.

This is a good one. So the elliptical you can live your whole life and be fit. You don't need the elliptical That is trash. It won't do nothing for you Sit ups the sit ups that you was taught in high school hold the back of your neck and lift up You don't need those either trash. Um, the lat pull down when you pull the bar down behind your head trash I can't think of no of those but those are all the top three
