When I can, I try to work out in the morning because I know that it increases my metabolism for the rest of the day and it just gives me a lot of energy to get going and just get my day started.
Definitely in the morning because early in the morning I have the gym to myself and it helps me to stay, you know, pumped and motivated for the rest of my day.
