Alright, so for my last topic of the night before I go to bed because I really need some sleep What do you guys think of magic mushrooms? I've never taken them I like don't think I would take it like To get like I would take it for like the fear in my brain and like my anxiety because I have really bad anxiety In my brain, so I was wondering like what you guys think I've done ashwagandha. That's fine, you know for like a little bit but What if you guys thought about magic mushrooms? So if you were guided it would probably be one of the most healing things you've ever done. I've tripped on acid and done mushrooms. I've had many good trips and then one not so good one.
And, you know, anxiety, just side note, 78% of Americans are magnesium deficient. The number one symptom of magnesium deficiency is anxiety, so that would probably help you tremendously.

And so sometimes this anxiety that you start feeling, it's not actually yours, it's like you're picking up on other people's energy. So, yeah. But, anyway, so tapping helps me a whole lot.
And just, you know, continuing to like get to know myself and and get real confident because then the other stuff doesn't bother you as much. But hang in there. You've got it and go trippin!
