Whenever I get stressed out, I have a headache come on and it's not the best and often would that everyone here is healthy, happy and safe. But how do you treat a headache or, you know, in some people's cases a migraine when it happens? Like what do you do? Because for me, mine usually happen besides stress is when I don't drink enough water. So the first thing I do is drink as much water as possible. And then the second thing I do is try to like lie down, especially on the side that I feel the uncomfortableness from. And then I just try to take it easy. I did buy a migraine cap. You can get them on Amazon and you could put it in the freezer so that it's like, oh, nice and cool for you to put over your head. It did help, but I can't be wearing that all the time because I also work from home. I have those like blue light blocking glasses. Yeah, but you know, sometimes I just feel like, Okay, maybe there's more solutions out there and I might as well ask now. So yeah, let me know what you do.
