Have you ever done a fitness challenge? If so, what did you do? I would definitely say I have. Back in college, with every core slowed, I had each quarter, I would add in a fitness class, and I was in this aerobic, like, step class, and we had to learn all these different, like, rhythms and stuff, and it was a challenge to do it in a certain amount of time, and that was really hard to do over 10 weeks but I'm glad I did it. It was a lot of fun and I definitely also tried 75 hard but unfortunately I think after day five I like it was really overwhelming. I stopped but yeah that's kind of my experience when it comes to fitness challenges but I'm very curious to hear yours.
