It's basically going back to the basics fruits vegetables whole greens like quinoa brown rice I love eating yams I love eating of you know things that aren't necessarily pre-package and it gives you a lot of creativity as well and a flexibility to be able to make foods that you like with the flavours that you like so when I go grocery shopping I go with the ideas of the recipes that I want to make ahead for the week
