What advice would you give someone I want to start doing pullups for example for me I started using the assistive machine for pullups in the gym and then every week I was going to do is decrease in the way and I managed to start doing this myself but do you know any other ways
The assistant port machines a great way to get into doing that if you haven't done before the lat pull downs on the cable machine get stronger with those cause those are like the same muscles you're using for the pull ups from doing negative pull ups so use a band put your knee on it and then jump up and come down really slow and control it all the way down and that is the best way to get better at pull ups they're hard but they are very effective
This is a pull-up machines definitely however for me that I started then pull ups as I just every time I walk through a door in my house it's difficult to my house I don't pull up I coming so I'll just get Band-Aids time
I'd say my advice is to start doing negative pullups so they jump up to the top and lower yourself down as possible and also do pullups with bands as well it doesn't help in the long run
Don't think about it too much just do it it doesn't matter if you even do free just do it even if you do one just do it it's okay you will do to the next day and then three the next day and so on
