Would you rather.. tattoo face vs body?!

I think I know my answer for this one, but would you rather let somebody else decide where you get a tattoo on your body and they get to choose the tattoo? Or would you rather get a tattoo on your face, but you get to choose what the tattoo is? Which one?

I would get a tattoo on my face because if I can choose it and wear I can just tattoo a little dot on my face My friends are dickheads, they would choose a horrible tattoo for my body.

It all comes down to who is choosing the body part and the tattoo. One of my friends, they gonna terrorize me. Someone I know and love, they gonna do something dope and cool.
