When you start to get tired or bored of the same routine of either training or going to the gym, what do you do to make it fun again? Because I tend to get bored when I do the same thing after a couple of months. I want to add something new to whatever it is to my schedule. And what I did now is I had to swim before I go to the gym and that's just been a whole game changer. Even though today has been the first day I know that I'm already gonna be a lot more exhausted but it's gonna be fun.

Oh yeah sometimes but I think the gym is a good motivation to keep going and just pushes you to keep in for think about you and go

I think sometimes I can get a little bored, but it is nice just like going in there and then like knowing what I'm doing for a certain set amount of weeks and then you know seeing the progress from that. It is okay to switch it up sometimes though like switch up like ab exercises or something like that.

I go back in for this too I like having a routine because I know what I'm doing but I do need to change it up every often because every so often because then I am like bored of it but I think I prefer to have routines and just change a couple things around

Sometimes I start to get a little bored so I might switch it up and take a break from the gym all together for like a week or so and do other things like I love kickboxing I love Zumba and I really want to try one of those heel dancing classes are probably hard blood but it sounds fine so just switching it up and then obviously like I go back to the gym because the gym is always gonna have a heart

I would say I definitely get bored of doing the same routine what I've done to like overcome that is I will still have the same exercise sets so meaning like every muscle group all the same exercises but I'll like switch it up on what days I do it that week sometimes kind of helps me I'll just like see what my mood is and then I will choose based on that

I can't board sometimes, but usually that's like my sign to make it harder or something. So I'll go grab like a 10 pound weight or I'll try to do like a different exercise that still still works on it, but like superseded it instead.

I normally look through a bunch of programs that I have on hand and I choose which one fits my current goals and yeah that's how I switch it up
