I started back in 2015 because I really just wanted to lose weight and be skinny And I only pretty much did cardio for like three years Honestly, I like I would only do legs and I wouldn't train anything else and then I learned how to lift and I was like lifting But I was not like Consistent with it. I was just like not going I was going in without a plan kind of just joking around and then in 2020 I started like for real for real when COVID and the lockdowns and I got serious about lifting and all that kind of stuff
