Choose one which would you pick pre-workout or protein shakes I would definitely pick protein shakes because I tried to move away from pre-workout around a year or two ago and I pretty much live without it right now but I know some people they can't work out without their pre-work out

Definitely pre-workout I am one of those people who cannot work out without pre-work out well I guess I mean I can but I just I don't feel like a focus better Wisper work out in my system could just be in my head that yeah I'd rather give up proteins shakes

I'm definitely picking protein shakes even though I really don't like them because you can get like caffeine from coffee or anything else And I feel like protein helps me more to meet my protein goal if I'm like missing out on some And I think it's just helpful.

Yeah we only have protein shakes not really been a big fan of pre-work however I don't know I just think it's full of crap I don't know and then on the contrary a lot of people might say the same about protein shakes but then again it depends what you purchase and manufacture and how they make it etc so So, overall protein shakes for me is going to be...

This is definitely a no-brainer it's proteins shakes 100% because pre-work out I don't like the energy business where they give you a lot of nutritional or muscle value whereas protein shakes you literally need the protein to grow and even if you're not like chugging it or like having a lot of it at least it's helping you in someway
