I really love cheese and one of my hacks for when I want to reduce my fat intake is just getting low fat versus regular cheese because regular cheese has a lot of fat so even though you think you're getting a lot of protein you're also getting a lot of fat but if that's your goal pay stick with the regular fat cheese but sometimes I actually do like low fat cheese better than the regular and especially for like the Mexican blend I do like regular better for mozzarella but those cheeses I think I'm good I like the low fat how are you guys can you tell the difference

Yes the Mexican blend is so good I know that garb actually it's a he has a lot of love that she says that he gets from Walmart and he's a fan so I'm gonna see if I could tag him here cause I feel like he has good suggestions

Yeah I feel like the Mexican wine is my favorite I also get the low fat mozzarella sticks but I like the Gouda cheese sticks better

I prefer just having regular cheeses if it's especially unpasteurized raw cheese that's the kind that I have because it makes me feel less bloated and it's basically what she's supposed to be like when you're having low fat cheese when you're removing the fats you're basically just eating a lot of salt and one of the main benefits of having cheese is the protein on the fats so yeah that's basically what I prefer

I don't think I've ever tried the unpasteurized raw cheese I will probably have to try that lately I have been eating more like of the full fat cheeses but yeah when I'm trying to lose weight I tend to eat much cheese so I have to cut fat somewhere

I think I'm more European and sentiment when it comes to this but a good cheese is a good cheese a low fat alternative is a bad cheese and so far as you're losing some of the flavor elements that are associated with fat which depending on what kind of cheese you consume is going to be in it so if you're really looking to reduce the fat then maybe just using a different cheese that's low fat like a mozzarella instead of having a cheddar on certain items

Yeah that's true there's a lot of cheeses it taste way better with full fat I don't think I've ever seen like a low fat free cheese I always eat it like I'm whole it's really good
