So my question is do you take as boss because personally I don't but I do feel that they are actually really beneficial and I read a lot about them I wanna see a lot of videos on them and yeah I'll take a number of them but yeah let me know if you guys take them or not

I haven't tried an ice bath per se but I've tried like cold bath like they've just been at the water bath with cold water and that was a good experience so I think with ice we'll just amplify that more so I can definitely see the benefits from it.
