Yeah, I heard that too. That's why I like to have my um cup of coffee outside first thing in the morning and I heard that the morning sign is the best sign too.

Yeah, same. Like, I feel like when it's... if I'm constantly in a dark area or a dark room or not seeing the sun in one part of time, I feel like it will affect my mood. So yeah, it's very important.

That's just what I said to myself like 30 minutes ago. I said as soon as I finished work I'm just going to go outside and have a long walk. It's a beautiful day today here.
