I'm gonna keep hopping in on here even though my voice sounds horrible. How long does it take you to fall asleep at night? I used to take so long to fall asleep because I had so much over my mind But I've been allowing myself to just like let go of everything on my mind and just drifted to sleep It's only taking you like 30 minutes to fall asleep now and I'm super proud of that.

I usually fall asleep pretty quickly. I go to sleep around between 10 and 11 at night and usually wake up at 5, so by that time I'm exhausted.

Yeah, I can dig that. It's easy to fall asleep on a long day. Like, once you've done so much at the day, You just fall asleep as soon as you get home.

I would say that it probably takes me on a normal day maybe 20 minutes when I really focus to try to fall asleep but when I'm really tired me and I can just be knocked out instantly almost

Probably around 20 minutes, 15-20 minutes I think.

It doesn't take me super long, maybe 20 minutes, sometimes an hour if I had caffeine that day late in the day. It all depends, but mostly I can fall asleep super quick and if I have too much water then I'll be up and down using the bathroom. but I'm pretty good and then sleep all through the night.

So like I'll try to go to sleep at like, let's say 11 and I won't go to sleep at all until like 12, right? So I won't fall asleep until 12. Like I'm still, I'm still trying to sleep, but I can't go to sleep. And I ended up staying up till like three and then I'm like, oh I'm starting to get a little bit tired, but I have to wake up at five for school. So I'm like, you know, I screw it. I just won't sleep at all. And then because I'm like, it's only two hours.

On a regular night, I feel like I'd take maybe anywhere from 20 to 30 minutes to fall asleep. And then on those busy days when I'm feeling a little stressed, it can take me one to three hours.
