It's actually very easy to make. Either you can get fresh elderberry and blend it into a smoothie or juice it or you can get the dry ones like I did and boil it and so yummy and so easy to make. It turned out so good.
The elderberry by itself is full of a lot of antioxidants and now it's a boost in immune system. So when you combat it with ginger, cinnamon, and honey, it gives it the ultimate immunity boost. So it's good for the immune system.
I recommend eating the dry elderberries. You can eat it plain by itself like raisins or you can get the elderberry gummies. You can find it at your store or on Amazon. I have it on my Amazon storefront. You want to check that out as well.
