Is sleep important and how many hours of sleep do you guys get a day so I think sleep is really important something I could improve on because how much are train and work and I know to myself I don't get enough hours of sleep so I think I get between I would say 6 to 8 hours I sleep daily but I do think it's so important so important for recovery to let your body just really Just get back to how it should be I am I'm just replenish itself but yeah what would you guys say
