Yeah, I can get anxious sometimes it depends. It's like if I'm just not feeling it for the day if I'm if I'm kind of Is exhausted going into it and I'm not hitting the sets I want or Sometimes I've got this muscle that starts twitching if I'm like too tired And it really pisses me off because it just means you you kind of have to just stop You know, maybe massage it for a bit. Maybe do a little something else or just be done And it's just kind of like man, you know, it's like your brain is ready to go but so sometimes I feel that way but
