In the morning to you guys or have you guys heard about drinking green tea recently for the last maybe three months sort of drinking green tea in the morning I'm on empty stomach and I feel that it has really benefited me and I just kind of detox refresh my whole digestive system Arms and study suit does also boost metabolism

Green tea is very beneficial, it's such a potent antioxidant. You just have to make sure that you're getting a really high quality green tea. I drink turmeric tea myself just because I'm really sensitive to the caffeine found in high-quality green teas. If you can tolerate the caffeine that's completely fine but I that's one of the reasons why I drink turmeric tea because there's no caffeine and it has incredible health benefits as well antioxidants and anti-inflammatory down here in a row. A lifestyle impact.

Oh of course of course I drink die drink green tea every single day at least twice maybe 3×34 times a day I drink green tea because it's good for your system I love it so much especially with no sugar
