Okay, so which would you rather give up for a month caffeine or processed foods? I Want to cut out processed foods anyways, so I would go with processed foods I want to get into the habit of eating like healthier whole foods as opposed to anything processed

Don't want to brag but I feel like I could give up both quite easily.

to give a processed food but I would definitely want to try that even though I don't drink as much caffeine

I will definitely leave caffeine. I'm not addicted to coffee. I don't drink it daily so it's fine.

I'm not gonna lie. I'm a bit of a caffeine addict. I hit the gym a lot so I kind of need the extra boost of energy. So yeah Sorry pizza.

Caffeine. I wish I could give a processed food, but it's hard.

I do not care about caffeine that much. I'm not a coffee person, so that way I can give up coffee.
