What is your go-to health food hack? For me is when I eat anything that needs sour cream or that would taste better with sour cream I use plain Greek yogurt. It's lower in calories and higher in protein so yeah great yogurt instead of sour cream

I guess I help shelf hack would be to sprout the things that I'm eating so for example when I'm eating nuts I'd like to sprout them I'd like to soak them overnight I sprout beans when I can so I'll soak them overnight again just to help to remove some of the phytates but also to make sure that I'm eating foods that are life and when you sprout things you just reactivate a lot of the really good things properties enzymes and all those good things in natural foods so yeah
