Would you rather have to do 100 Burpee's every day or run 1 mile every day I would much rather run a mile I feel like I can get that done quick and easy 10 minutes but Burpee's just sound like hell to do every day
I'm not fond of either but Burpee's absolutely suck in my personal opinion right and so with running right over time you get better and get better and better I mean overtime I would get better with Burpee's but 100 Burpee's a day fuck out of here sorry for the profanity
Yeah, I think for me I'd also prefer running a mile. I think it's a little easier for me to do. And also, I don't know, I just feel like I can listen to music while I run a mile or watch a video. I can't do any of that while I do 100 per piece.
I don't know which one to pick because I don't like to run and I don't really like cardio except like jump roping but I think I would do the Burpee's I feel like I could knock them out real quick where is the mile will take a while
