Okay, so which would you rather give up for a month caffeine or processed foods? I Want to cut out processed foods anyways, so I would go with processed foods I want to get into the habit of eating like healthier whole foods as opposed to anything processed
Ooh, for a whole month, definitely caffeine. I'm not really big on caffeine either way. And processed foods, I eat it probably every weekend or every other weekend.
Yeah, I like my coffee in the morning, so I'm definitely giving up processed food. I can't even eat it anyway. It gets me stomach issues, so it's an easy one for me.
This is a hard one because I feel like I need my coffee in the morning and so that's caffeine. But I'm also working on trying to eliminate the amount of processed foods I consume. I think I'm gonna have to go with caffeine.
I would probably say processed food. I mean, even though I don't drink that much coffee, but I think I could give a processed food. I would just cook at home.
